Weapons training
Swords, spears, shields and realistic fighting techniques.
A virtual reality experience in the heart of medieval Sardinia: at the Castello di Acquafredda the visitor becomes a condottiero, trains with medieval weapons and challenges other warriors in the arena.

The Videogioco dei Condottieri is a cultural project we built for the Municipality of Siliqua under the PNRR call for digital development. It takes the player inside the Castello di Acquafredda, a medieval jewel of Sardinia, rebuilt in 3D and explorable at 360°.
With the headset on, the visitor becomes a condottiero in the days of Ugolino della Gherardesca, in the 13th century: an experience that joins history and cultural heritage with interactive entertainment, learning and storytelling.
The path of the player, from training to the arena.
Built in Unreal Engine 5 with the latest VR technology.
The halls of the castle and the arena, rebuilt in Unreal Engine 5.

The Videogioco dei Condottieri is not only a game: it is a tool to promote the historical and cultural heritage of Siliqua and of Sardinia, and to make it reachable for a young, national and international audience.
A project funded by the PNRR that shows how technology and culture can come together to create memorable experiences and promote a place.
